At the UITP World Congress and Exhibition in Canada, Dot Beyond developed a Virtual Reality experience for the Ansaldo STS Group, dedicated to the operation of driverless metro control software.

This project offers an immersive and interactive experience that blends advanced technology with realistic environments. Users can explore iconic cities aboard autonomous metro cars, while Hitachi Ansaldo STS innovations are showcased through interactive screens and narrative holograms.

Viewing cities from a different perspective is combined with an innovative way to better understand data and feel part of technological progress.

At the Beating Heart of the City

The adventure begins in a bustling metro station, located in the heart of cities like Copenhagen, Rome, Honolulu, and Riyadh. As passengers wait on the platform, surrounded by fellow travelers, anticipation builds.

When the sleek train enters the station, passengers step aboard and take a front-row seat next to a large window, offering a unique view of the urban landscape.

As the train smoothly accelerates toward the first tunnel, a high-tech screen comes to life, showcasing the groundbreaking innovations of Hitachi Ansaldo STS.

Between stops, a narrative hologram explains the advanced features of the software, illustrating how the driverless system ensures safety, efficiency, and seamless urban transportation.

Advanced Interaction for an Unprecedented Experience

Thanks to 3D models developed with cutting-edge technology and the integration of Leap Motion, users can interact with virtual elements in real time, making the experience even more immersive and intuitive.
